The auspicious ceremony was performed by the Chief Guest, Dr. Alka Sharma (Director, CPS School and Rockwoods International School), alongside key leadership figures from Pacific University:

Addressing the gathering, Prof. B.P. Sharma emphasized: "Students are the absolute future of our nation. Identifying the immense, hidden potential within them at the right time and guiding them in the correct direction is our ultimate responsibility. No student can realize 100% of their true capability without an exceptional mentor." Concurrently, the University President, Dr. Hemant Kothari, stated that Pacific University remains deeply committed to the holistic development, innovation, and quality-driven education of its students. He noted: "Behind every successful student lies the relentless day-and-night hard work, dedication, and sacrifices of their mentor. The institution consistently strives to ensure that students do not just absorb bookish knowledge, but are provided a positive environment and a stage to prove their creativity and true capability."
