Abstract of webinar with important point discussed:

Pacific School of Law, PAHER University has organized a webinar on “ Domestic Abuse” on 24th August 2020 from 11.00 am onwards to contribute and to generate awareness on this issue of domestic abuse and to share dialogues among the partners to have good practices and also find appropriate solutions that helps protects the rights of females at home and society.

The Keynote speaker Shri Tirupati Chandra, Advocate, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur has said that females are the victims of domestic abuse in the society apart from the other problems like psychology, unemployment, financial crunch, food insecurities and the close proximity that create problems against them in the society.

Shri Sharma has shared views and suggested measures to all participants and also discussed how to avoid unwanted situations in the day to day life.
