Pacific Institute of Business Studies organised webinar on “Importance of Personality Development in Career Growth.” The Key note speaker Mr. Rahul Ahuja (CEO, Mittal’s Institute of Hospitality Management, Bathinda) shared his experiences to the students. He explained 15 mantras for success. He suggested to always striving for giving ones best. He advised students to move forward with a positive attitude. He stressed to avoid those people who do evil to you behind your back and who have negative approach. He told students not to waste their college time unnecessarily and make good use of it.

To be a successful manager or businessman it is essential to have good communication skills. Good managers learn from people, including their employees.

There is importance of personality in professional life so he emphasized on dressing and grooming sense and explained the right kind of dressing enrich our personality and professional life. With several practical examples importance of time was explained to students. He told that try to arrive few minutes early. It saves you from stress. You'll be much relaxed & work better. He also spoke on exercise to make the lifestyle healthy along with studies.

At the end of the session, vote of thanks was given by Dr. Anurag Mehta (Principal, Pacific Institute of Business Studies). He asked the students to apply 15 Success Mantras in their lives. He expressed it is important to execute the plan and perform consistently for excellence in life.
