Research, development and innovations are critical fueling for national development and economic growth. Furthermore there must be a strong synergy between academia and industry for this purpose.. Thus, for research to yield practical fruits, the results must enlighten and mould socio-economic policies and be readily adaptable to the needs of society .At the beginning of the twenty-first century economy across the globe has transformed the business, social and political landscape in a reflective way. The last decade has been the scene of revolutions in the information and communication technologies, enhanced economic amalgamations with capital mobility across the borders and rapidly changing socio-economic environment. The technological and digital advancements have made trade and commerce more contented and competitive by making things available at your doorsteps. The banking, insurance and finance sector through online and application based services had promoted the ease in functioning commercial activities, making the economy to move at a faster pace. Although the challenges to be stumbled upon, due to technological shifts are also integral with this developmental outlook.

In this context, Faculty of Management, Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research Universityendeavors,11thInternational Conference onShifting Paradigm in Business, Economy and Society: Vision 2050.. In accordance with this, we welcome contemporary studies in the arenas of Economy, Commerce and Business management. The conference attempts to provide an international platform for the academicians, researchers, managers, industrial participants and students to share their research findings and innovative outcomes in their respective field of Expertise. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in the allied extents of commerce, economy and Management. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, students, and practitioners working in and around the world.
